This is a stylized visualization of the molecules that make up a strand of DNA.
Scientific Visualization is a constantly developing field that combines computer graphics and rendering with the concepts of data visualization.
However in my study and practice 3D visualization, 3D volumetric data or spatial geometry have been the focus.
My goal is to utilize code, 3D geometry, animation and various tools together to visualize complex and/or interesting concepts, and phenomena.
By creating a meaningful and representative visualization the aim of scientific visualization is to bring understanding and utility to abstract and complex systems.
Allowing the audience to perceive and understand data and theory in a way that would be otherwise impossible.
I have taken on several visualization projects, both in my free time as well as during my studies in graduate school.
This is the Quantum Photon visualization that was a contentious topic of conversation on Youtube.
